1. Who this agreement is between
This website, galactica.je, is published by Galactica Consulting Ltd (trading as Galactica Group), a company registered in Jersey (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. By using the site or contacting us through it, you accept these terms.
2. About this website and the group
Galactica Group is the parent identity for a set of specialist companies — including Galactica Innovation (residential technology) and Galactica Comfort (heating and cooling), with further companies in development. This website introduces the group and its work.
Each company operates in its own right. Where you go on to commission work, that work is provided and contracted by the relevant company, under its own quotation and terms of engagement. This website does not itself supply or install any goods or services.
3. Enquiries carry no obligation
Making an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. We will respond to discuss your requirements and, where helpful, direct you to the right company within the group. No agreement is formed until terms are confirmed in writing with that company.
4. Quotations and engagement
Any work is subject to a separate written quotation or proposal issued by the company carrying it out. That quotation, together with the company’s own terms of engagement, sets out the scope, price and conditions of the work. Where this website describes our services, it does so for general guidance and is not an offer.
5. Information on this website
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only and without warranty. Descriptions of services, partners and capabilities may change as the group develops. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as advice for a specific project.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, design, graphics, logos and the Galactica name and marks — belongs to Galactica Consulting Ltd or is used with permission.
